Paragliding Speedriding
I started Paragliding in 2006 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Flying was a great way for me to practice a more relaxing sport while still being in the air. Paragliding is the only air sport I practice where the goal is to go up instead of down. This sport has taught me how to read the weather which has greatly enhanced my other air sports. Because Paragliding typically requires a bit of wind and thermals- occurring in the afternoon, I can enjoy going for a flight after a big jump in the morning.
I started Speedriding in 2012 when I moved to the French Alps. Speedriding is like mixing the fluidity of skiing with the speed of wingsuit terrain flying and the lift of paragliding. It is the ultimate winter sport!
